    What are your business hours?

    Our administrative office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. However, our support services operate 24/7 for participants receiving around-the-clock care. You can leave a message outside business hours, and we'll respond on the next business day. Current participants with emergencies have access to after-hours contact numbers.

    How quickly will someone respond to my enquiry?

    We aim to respond to all phone calls during business hours immediately or within a few hours if our team is assisting other participants. Emails and online enquiries receive a response within one business day, typically much sooner. We understand that finding support can be urgent, so we prioritize prompt, helpful responses.

    Do I need to have my NDIS plan ready before contacting you?

    No, you can contact us at any stage! If you're exploring options before your planning meeting, we can explain our services and what might be appropriate. If you have a new plan and aren't sure how to use it, we can help interpret it. If you're an established participant considering changing providers, we're happy to discuss the transition process. Whatever your stage in the NDIS journey, we're here to help.

    Can I tour your facilities or meet the team before deciding?

    While we don't have a central facility (we provide services in participants' homes), we're happy to arrange a meeting with our coordinators. This can be at a café, library, your home, or via video call—wherever you're comfortable. Meeting our team before committing helps you decide if we're the right fit for you.

    What information should I have ready when I contact you?

    It's helpful to have your NDIS number and plan if you have one, information about the supports you're interested in, your location/service area, and any specific needs or preferences. However, if you don't have all this information, that's okay! We can still have an initial conversation and gather details as we go.

    Do you provide services in my area?

    Adore Healthcare serves participants across Australia, with service availability varying by location and service type. When you contact us, let us know your suburb/town, and we'll confirm whether we can provide services in your area. We're continuously expanding our reach to serve more communities.

    Can family members or support coordinators contact you on behalf of a participant?

    Yes, absolutely. We work with family members, guardians, support coordinators, and other representatives acting on behalf of NDIS participants. We'll discuss consent and decision-making arrangements to ensure we're communicating appropriately and involving the participant as much as possible in all discussions.

    Is there a cost for the initial consultation?

    No, initial consultations and assessments are provided at no charge. This is part of our service to help you understand whether our supports meet your needs and how we can work within your NDIS plan. There's no obligation to proceed with services after the consultation.
