What NDIS services does Adore Healthcare provide?
Adore Healthcare provides community nursing, NDIS support coordination, daily personal and self-care support, 24-hour continuous support, domestic assistance including cleaning and gardening, community and social participation support, and life stage transition assistance. We offer integrated services so all your support needs can be coordinated through one trusted provider.
Can I access multiple services from Adore Healthcare?
Yes! One of the benefits of working with Adore Healthcare is that we provide multiple NDIS services under one roof. This means better coordination between your different supports, consistent communication, and a holistic approach to your care. Your NDIS plan may include funding for several service types, and we can deliver them all as an integrated package.
How are services matched to my NDIS plan?
During your initial consultation, our coordinators review your NDIS plan to understand your approved funding categories (Core, Capacity Building, and Capital). We then design services that align with your plan, budget, and goals. We only provide services that are funded in your plan and work within your approved budget allocations.
Can I choose which services I want and don't want?
Absolutely. You have complete choice and control over which services you access from Adore Healthcare. You're not required to use all our services simply because we offer them. We'll discuss your needs and preferences, and you decide which supports are right for you. You can also add or adjust services as your needs change over time.
Do you provide services for both plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes, as a registered NDIS provider, Adore Healthcare works with participants who have NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed funding. The invoicing and payment process differs slightly depending on your plan management type, but we can accommodate all arrangements.
What if my needs change and I need different services?
Your needs may change over time, and we're here to adapt with you. If you require additional services, reduced hours, or different types of support, simply discuss this with your support coordinator or contact our office. We'll review your NDIS plan funding and adjust services accordingly. For significant changes, we may need to liaise with your plan manager or the NDIA.
How do I know which services I need?
If you're unsure which services would best support your goals, our NDIS support coordinators can help. They'll discuss your current situation, challenges, and aspirations, then recommend appropriate services funded under your plan. This initial consultation is part of the support coordination service and helps ensure you access the right supports from the start.
